L2L Native Application Lead
Full-stack role leading a React Native suite of more than 30 customer apps across iOS and Android, including Smart Skills and L2L Mobile. Led complex deployment pipelines, end-to-end testing, and developer experience improvements to bring the wider React team onto the project.
Modernised the apps with linting, unit tests, Maestro tests, and upgrades to current React and React Native versions. Also built a design system and universal React components for web and native, contributed to the Node.js GraphQL API running on AWS, and acted as an AI engineering evangelist.
